Family Float Trip
Some family fun!!
Bob, Micah, Chelcy, Daniel, Tara and Aiden head to the Courtois River (by Steelville Missouri) for a day of fun canoeing and kayaking. The following pictures are available thanks to Chelcy - the photographer. All photos were taken with an underwater camera so the quality isn't great but the fun with the family is obvious. (I stayed home preparing the house for a weekend of company coming in to celebrate the wedding of my son Chris to his fiance Angie on June 19th) So with the house empty of people, I cleaned and the rest of the family had a great day. This included catching tadpoles and turtles for Aiden to see. Swimming and jumping off the bridge. And some good ole family time.
I know, with all the big trips we take, this one was soooooooooooo short, but, you can have alot of fun in just one day. I wanted to share this with everyone since Bob loves to do these daily and/or weekend events whenever possible. Everyone loads up for a day of bike riding and/or hanging out at a campground. A day at the St. Louis Zoo or to a Cardinal Game. He always has something in mind. And of course, the long weekends by train to Chicago. Just his way to get away and relax. So hope you all enjoyed watching our family for a day of fun on the Courtois River. - THE END
