Oasis Cancun - All Inclusive
August 8 - 13, 2007
On August 8th, 2007 - Bob, Micah, his friend Ali and myself caught a last minute special and headed to Cancun before school would start. The weather was great, the hotel ok, and the food was absolutely the best. We rented a car from Thrifty so we would be able to get around and that would also help to find things to do away from the hotel. Our hotel had a great pool and free shows some nights at the Grand Oasis for all the hotel guests. Overall, a great place. Peacocks ran loose and the beach offered alot to do. Parasailing, boogie boarding, sandy beach boarding, jet skis - all for a price of course.
One day we decided to head to Aqua World for jet skiing. Here you can see Micah on his jetski.
Another day we headed to Xelha, an eco park that is great. There is a fee to get in and you can buy all inclusive or not. They have snorkeling, tubes to ride on, and a river you can float down. It is well worth spending the entire day there.
Overall this was a very enjoyable trip for a short last minute trip.
